At InstaTax.ai, we strive to deliver high-quality compliance and professional services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a cancellation or refund for our services.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of any service within 24 hours of making the payment, provided that no work has commenced on your filing, registration, or engagement. Cancellation requests made after work has begun will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a cancellation, contact us at contact@instatax.ai or call 9090607089 with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available when: (a) the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and no work has commenced; (b) InstaTax.ai is unable to deliver the service due to reasons within our control; (c) the service was charged incorrectly due to a technical error. Partial refunds may be issued when: (a) work has partially commenced but cannot be completed due to reasons within our control; (b) the scope of the service changes significantly after payment.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances: (a) Government filing fees, stamp duty, and any statutory fees paid to government agencies on your behalf; (b) Third-party charges such as Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) fees, notarization charges, and similar costs; (c) Professional service fees for services that have been fully completed and delivered; (d) Consultation fees for advisory sessions that have been conducted.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund: (a) Email us at contact@instatax.ai with your order ID, payment details, and reason for the refund request; (b) Our team will review your request within 2 business days and communicate the decision; (c) Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method; (d) You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

6. Part Payments

For services where part payment has been made: (a) The paid amount is non-refundable once work has commenced; (b) If you wish to cancel before the remaining payment and before work starts, the advance amount will be refunded minus any administrative charges; (c) Outstanding balances must be cleared before final deliverables are released.

7. Service Rescheduling

If you are unable to proceed with a service at the current time, you may request to reschedule or pause the engagement. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not always be possible for time-sensitive filings. Contact your assigned project manager or reach out to us at contact@instatax.ai.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the refund decision: (a) You may escalate the matter by writing to contact@instatax.ai with "Refund Escalation" in the subject line; (b) Our senior management will review escalated cases within 5 business days; (c) If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
